Lady Lightning was a popular cheerleading team from the gym ICE Allstars Naperville. They were a worlds team competing in the Senior Small All Girl Level 6 division. They won The Cheerleading World Championships 4 times. ICE Lady Lightning also got 2nd place in 2021 and 2024, and got 3rd place in 2013. They were the 2020 and 2022 NCA winners, 2021 MAJORS winners and 2020 World Point winners.
In May 2024, rumors surfaced about Lady Lightning potentially disbanding or becoming a coed team because of a lack of athletes. Later, it was announced that Lady Lightning had been turned into a coed team, ICE Lightning, competing in the Senior XSmall Coed Level 6 division.
